You seem to be really dialed in regarding the Samsung Propel A767. I am locked into the Rogers network and the bastards have locked the MP3 function, forcing everyone on their network to use their download service to get ringtones for $3.50 PLUS a $0.75 download fee. Come on ! Any idea how I might be able to unlock this restriction ?
